Life Coaching

    • Improved Decision-Making: Through coaching, individuals can make better, more informed choices, leading to greater satisfaction in both personal and professional aspects of life.

  • We have a variety of packages based on urgency and depth of work.

    The 1 month intensives are 60-minute, Zoom sessions that can occur 1, 2, or 3 times per week.

    Coaching packages include a 60-minute, weekly meeting over Zoom for 3, 6, or 12 months.

    The 3, 6, and 12-month coaching package also includes 1, 2 or 4 complemetary 'Coaching to Heal' session(s), respectively.

Group Coaching

  • is in search of a sense of community, accountability, and shared learning, with a coach that offers expert guidance, insights, and support to help each individual move toward their desired outcomes.

    • Shared Goals or Themes:

      • Group coaching typically revolves around a common theme, goal, or challenge that unites the participants. This could be anything from leadership development, career transition, and health improvement to personal growth, entrepreneurship, or confidence building.

      • The shared theme allows individuals to relate to each other’s experiences, creating a sense of camaraderie and solidarity.

    • Facilitator (Coach Amy):

      • Amy is the facilitator who helps guide the group discussions, offers insights and feedback, and ensures that the group stays focused on the goals of the session.

      • Amy may provide expertise on a particular topic, ask thought-provoking questions, and support each participant in working through their personal goals within the context of the group.

    • Group Interaction:

      • One of the main advantages of group coaching is the group dynamic. Participants share their experiences, provide feedback to each other, and offer support, which can be incredibly valuable for personal growth.

      • Amy encourages active participation and creates a safe, non-judgmental environment where everyone feels comfortable sharing their thoughts and challenges.

    • Accountability and Support:

      • In group coaching, participants hold each other accountable for the commitments they make and encourage each other to take action. The group setting fosters a sense of belonging and community, which can increase motivation and follow-through.

      • Amy may set up accountability structures or encourage peer-to-peer accountability for participants to report progress and challenges in between sessions.

    • Confidentiality and Trust:

      • While group coaching involves multiple participants, maintaining a high level of trust and confidentiality is essential for the success of the coaching process. Amy establishes ground rules about confidentiality so that participants feel safe sharing their personal stories and challenges.

  • No, but there is an international governing body called the International Coaching Federation (ICF) that offers credentials for professional coaching.

  • While not required, the certification and credentials ladder up to a larger accountability for ethics, morals, and guardrails within coaching.

  • Typically, you’ll enter into a short term and long term alignment with your coach to understand your success criteria in the present - and remain open for it to ebb and flow as you experience coaching.
